My son was looking to buy his first car and we ended up having the best car buying experience at A Better Car Dealership! We were initially leery after shopping around at a few other used car dealers in Portland, but Cody at ABCD was just awesome: no pressure, let us test drive 4-5 different cars, answered all of our many questions, and recommended a great place for lunch too 🙂 Once we picked out the car we wanted (a Toyota Prius), Cody went above and beyond to address a bunch of minor issues that he didn't have to do, but did anyway (like fix a loose piece of molding, locate a cargo cover, etc.). Truly a dealership that lives up to its name!! 100% recommend.

WOW, what an amazing car buying experience. Seriously, quick and painless. Cody did an incredible job helping me find the right lender with just ok credit, and at a great rate too! Very quick to respond to questions, but definitely NOT pushy like you can get with other car salespeople. He truly cares and is very kind and easy to work with. They also have loads of cargo vans just waiting to be turned into campers! And isn't that what Portland is all about?

We found Cody and his Dealership on facebook when we were looking for a van and he had the size we needed at a great price, but we were leery from past experiences from other dealers. When we got there Cody greeted us warmly and remembered the conversation we had on Facebook and which vehicle. Without hesitation he grabbed the keys and told us to take it for a spin. No pressure, no collateral, just try it out. It ran great, had more power then expected, and was a great deal. We checked the vehicle out and they had topped everything off, recently changed a few parts they were concerned about and was just great. We went to Cody's office and paperwork was quick, including filing everything with DMV (for a fee of course) and we were in and out in like 30 min. By far the best auto experience I have ever had. We will be back in the future even though its a bit of a drive. Thanks Cody.
